Working with printmaking states and variations processes for the Misprints series. The above photoengraving was made of a work in progress photograph (#misprintstate) that was output to a digital positive film and exposed to two photopolymer plates at various tonal densities. For now I’m doing what Jasper Johns once said – “Do This Or This” with an image, and see what happens.
